My 1st ever mission trip to Philipines (:

There's always a first to everything,
my 1st mission trp,
my first visit to Philipines and
my first ever trip with an awesome team
my first time feeling the love for kids that strongly(:

Thank God for working through His wonderful ways throughout the whole trip, and for opening my eyes to see things that i have never seen.Like Hossana that goes,

Heal my heart and make it clean,
Open up my eyes to the things unseen,
show me how to love like you have loved me,
Break my heart for what breaks yours,
everything i have for your kingdom's cause,
as i walk from earth to eternity.

This is my prayer for the entire mission trip and it came true.
Thank God for opening my eyes to another part of the world in instead of being stuck in a comfortable life in SG and still complain and grumble. Many many things i've learnt from the trip;

Let's start from Day1,

GRAND DAME(:
Mt Inasal (: (if its spelt like that)

JEEPNEY!

We didn't do much as we reached at dinnertime, say 7plus and their sky turns dark at 6plus.
Had dinner with Ps Nelson's family and sister merci and ps jesse, ate their very famous chicken and it was delicious! Had a good time fellowshipping with everyone (: before heading to Grand Dame !

2! (Sat)
breakfast.

A-w-e-s-o-m-e day.
They had a youth gathering and we attended it, i felt so blessed. God really corrected my thinking, i though " We were there to bless them and do things to serve them" but i got so blessed during praise and worship, His presence was just felt so strongly, and i was so blessed by their heart of worship. And God reminded me that He was God, no matter where or what, i really admire them for being able to be so free in the presence of God and i hope i can doo likewise. (:
In the afternoon, we had children ministry! It was good, although it was my first time doing P and W for kids and it was a little messed up, i think they are so innocent and indeed, have what is called child-like faith. And though they might not have understood, their hearts were so open and they are so contented with their lives, which we seriously ought to learn from, i felt this indescribable feeling when i was spending time with them, it was just so different . ! I loved it alot alot! And we ate alot the whole day because everyone were so warm, they prepared food for us everywhere we went.

to be continued...
