Explosive camp'o8

I'm back from camp!

And i am missing the camp so much, it has been really fun and all besides the fact that i fell rather sick during the camp (:

Day (1)

I was like having the i-don't-want-to-go-for-the-camp feeling but i dragged myself there & for some unfortunate reason, i had a really bad sore throat, but it turned out really fun!

We played some games ( captain's ball, blowing out candles,etc) and thereafter we had baking sessions & a few other activities! And the kids had to bathe at the swimming pool but i reckon the had their share of fun (:

And than we had service & it was great, before we sent them to bed & apparently, they did not want to sleep because they were like talking till 2 plus? But i guess, thats the way things goes in camps right? Who'd want to sleep early :D

Had supper with the Bcm teachers & talked & crapped, ate my yummmy tomyam noodles, though i couldn't smell it. Ha-ha!

Sleeping was horror though, Sis and i had to share a sleeping bag & it was freezing plus the fact that i have to cover myself to sleep, i did not catch a wink that night, though i very much wanted to.

Day (2)

We had pottery & its like a pretty cool lind of a thing because the kids were like so cute and they didn't really wanted to get their hands dirty but still, they did it. (:

My sore throat worsened =/

But thankfully the jon.wee & daryl came so i didn't have to like shout at the kids so much? Or i would probably like lose my voice entirely?

Anyway, we headed for Sentosa, it was super alot of fun because the station games were cool. Had tug-of-war & all. It was tiring but funny.

Than we played a few other games which were quite interesting & the kids were like cute !

headed back under the rain & air-con bus after that. (which i think is the reason for my fever)

Had service & than the night walk after that, ( it was the best part of the camp).

The funniest part of the camp. Made the kids touch the toiletbowl where there was banana inside & some of them thought it was shit while the others were like freaking out. & the guys were like really mean to disturb them but the whole scene was seriously a classic. =D Lol.

Joshua Bay was like super cute & he was like guessing what was it that he was touching while Raynald had the squashed bananas on his face & the girls were like squealing.

Than they had to crawl under the tables ( which they thought was a bridge) and the teasing and all continued with the ("lions roaring" and "cockroaches" and whatsoever not), kids can be really innocent huh? (:

The game continued with them touching a pail of water (which they thought were toilet water) and climbing over "mountains".

And finally, when they got to the finishing point, we removed their blindfolds and held the sparklers ( the grand finale). Hahaha.

Day (3)

Had a fever and i was like feeling giddy. Hate being sick during camps.

NAnyway, i rested in the library while they went out for saturation .

And than they came back, the kids passed my a bottle of herbal tea, and asked me if i was feeling okay, aww, kids can be so sweet. I'd miss you guys!

And than Amanda and Christabel came over to see if i was doing fine, thankyou girls. ( though they're always teasing me during services, they know when I'm feeling unwell & they'd show conern.

Sweeties, cliche but you guys really melt my heart (:

And i seriously think that all the youth leaders are really nice people, the way everyone tried to take care of the kids and all (:

Had a great service thereafter, which pretty much summed up the whole camp (:

And not forgetting Bricks came in 1st :D sweet.

And i can't believe Chalet's tomorow, I'm just hoping i'd get better anytime now.
